iPhone reset by itself and I lost all my contacts, pictures and apps

My iPhone shut off earlier today and erased all of my contacts, pictures, apps, and data. Is there a way to restore it?

Do you have a backup of your iPhone on either iCloud or your computer? If YES, then you restore your iPhone from one of those backups. If you do not have a backup file created of your iPhone then you will have lost all of that data.
