Recovering Data After iPhone Reset:
A. Sync Trough iCloud:
If restoration does not work, then enable the items in iCloud on one of your other devices. It should show up.
Or...
B. View iCloud Directly:
Visit certain links in iCloud to recover this data. For enabled, to receive photos, go to: https://www.icloud.com/photos

C. Restore form a Backup:
Have a backup of your iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from a backup that was made with all or some of this. Prior to restoring, backup your iPhone, incase anything goes wrong with the restoration. If not backup, then learn form this, knowing to always have one created prior to making any major chaos to it. (i.e installing an update) or every so often. That way, you can avoid things like this in the future. So, create a backup, prior to this restoration.
