Forwarding email to multiple recipients

Our Mac user group has 35 members. I created an Apple ID and iCloud email address for the group. I would like to arrange it so that when a member sends an email to the group's iCloud address it automatically forwards that email to all 35 members at their personal addresses.

iCloud Mail > Preferences > Forwarding does not help because it allows forwarding to only one email address.

In the Mail app > Preferences I can set up a forwarding Rule with multiple recipients, but it only works when the Mail app is running.

Is there a way to automatically forward emails to 35 people without even having to log in to my Mac?

Tip: When you’re addressing an email, you can see all the available addresses for a contact by clicking the arrow next to their name. To email the contact using more than one of their addresses, copy and paste their name, click the arrow, then choose another address.

Thank you for the reply, but your tip doesn't do what I need. I want an incoming email automatically forwarded to 35 people without having to do anything myself.
