How to add multiple email addresses from a list to a Group in contacts

I'm a membership secretary and need to send emails to all our members from time to time. How can I add multiple email addresses from a list to a Group in Contacts? I'm on a 15" MacBook Pro 2017 in Monterey v. 12.5
