Creating an email group from Excel

Good day,

I need to create an email group/contact list in gmail. I was sent an excel list of all of the emails that I need to use. How do I copy those emails from excel into gmail to create the list? I don't have excel on the MacBookPro only Numbers.

Chances are the file is in some sort of comma separated, tab separated or etc. file format which is not really an Excel format. Many a .csv file extension. You'll need to import these into gmail as per their instructions.
