How to recover photos from iPhone 7+

On 17th September 2021 iPhone 7+ water enter inside the phone. As a result Only apple logo appear but sytem was not initialized. After reparing the hardware and loaded the software I lost all the photos except some picture previously stored with 5gb i cloud.

how to recover all the photos ?
