Hi, I am unable to access the 1 year free apple tv with my new macbook air - the offer never showed up when I got the laptop. I can't find any info on how to go about getting the offer. can anyone help?

Offer must be claimed in the Apple TV app within 3 months after first setting up
your new device. To see the offer appear, you will need to sign in with your Apple
ID on your new device.

Thanks for your reply. I bought my device at the end of June, so should have qualified for 1 year free. However the offer was never displayed on the app. I have updated ios and still nothing.
