What can I do to reset my iPhone 8 back to factory settings, which stops that recovery process with the error code (75).067E.004B?

Process:

• Start iPhone 8 and connect USB in one go to activate recovery mode > works
• Go to phone in Finder, select 'Recovery', then 'Update and Recovery'
• Process starts > extracting software > Updating software > at about 20% breaks up the process and displays the error code.
