Does iOS 15 have the same security features as iOS 14.8?
Means if I updated my iOS 14.7.1 to iOS 15 I'll have the same features available in iOS 14.8 ( the security update that was made to solve Facebook spying/collecting personal data issue )

While iOS 15 was around 3 gb, that's what I'm confused about.
Like, how come smaller size update have the old and new features and security updates?🤔
