Mac book pro 2.3 Ghz Core i9

Is it possible to add ram to my Mac book pro 2.3 Ghz Core i9 it has 16 Gb but is too slow to work with big files and photographs?

Quiero preguntar si alguien sabe si se le puede agregar mas RAM a mi computadora porque es muy lenta al trabajar con archivos grandes o con fotos de tamaño de archivo grande?

Gracias por su apoyo

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.5

You do not say what exact Mac this is— >About this Mac

I can guess that <2.3 Ghz Core i9> maybe the 16" MBP 2019

No you can not upgrade RAM beyond the point of purchase—Components on these machine are soldered to the logic-board using Surface Mount technology (SMT) you can not replace or upgrade components.

Not since 2013 have MBP had user upgradable RAM

Thank for the information. What can I do to solve the problem? I bought because it was supposed to be fast'

In the USA you have 14-days to return a new purchase for a full refund or exchange for one that suits you better.

The 16" MBP is configurable up to 64 GB of RAM if this is your issue...
