Tried to get proff of my vaccine on my phone got the app but safari won’t show it

Problem-Scanning Vaccine QR code goes to Apple website. Does anyone have a solution to this? I certainly haven't found one from Apple or anyone online site. Whenever I scan the QR code for my COVID vaccine record with my iPhone, I am taken to an Apple website about the Health app for iOS. This is very annoying. Any ideas?

Vaccines not appearing under Immunization tab in Health app Nothing is showing up under my Immunization tab, but it does appear under the All Record tab. Any ideas? Is there a way to add it manually?

We would have absolutely no idea.
