Does anyone have a solution to this? I certainly haven't found one from Apple or anyone online site. Whenever I scan the QR code for my COVID vaccine record with my iPhone, I am taken to an Apple website about the Health app for iOS. This is very annoying. Any ideas?

If you’re scanning the QR code and it opens the Apple Health website in Safari instead of the Health app itself, click on the share button in Safari. A menu should show an option to open or add to the Health app after clicking the share button.
Follow the prompts to add to Health and Wallet.

From what I read in this support document, Store your verifiable COVID-19 immunizations and test results on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support it is supposed to go to the Health app to download the record.
That's my understanding too, but it doesn't do that.
Thanks. It actually worked this time just scanning ehe QR code. I suspect with the recent iOS 15 update now it works like it should.
