Unable to add add vaccine record to apple wallet from QR code

Why does my device NOT show a Health app notification when QR code is scanned?

I have iOS 15.1 and it only brings me to the generic apple website. It does not take me to health app to allow me to view in health app summary to add vaccine record to apple wallet? have tried dozens of times please help!

I reinstalled the ios 15.1 and then it worked easily! thank you!!

Not every single vaccine QR code is recognized and able to be added. Carefully read the article linked above.

I am in California, so my QR code added to Wallet and the Health app just fine.
