I’m running on iOS 15.1 and using Safari, but when I go to my California digital vaccine record and get the QR code or click “Add to Apple Health and Wallet,” it just sends me to https://www.apple.com/ios/health/. I can see the immunizations in my Health app, but have no option to add to my wallet. Anyone have any idea what may be happening?

Eg: From Safari, you might try sending/ "sharing" the Record to yourself in Messages, and use wallet from there
(Or just download a copy of the record to your iPhone, however the website wants to do it, first ?)

Thanks! I just tried sharing it and unfortunately, it still just takes me to the same link I listed before. My COVID-19 vaccination record also appears in my Health app, but won’t let me add it to my wallet. I have saved the photo, but I did like the idea of the convenience of having it saved directly to my wallet.

Could be a bug, as you say, or could be that the certificate issuer hasn't made the certificate verifiable to Apple Wallet,
or there could be a verifiable copy of the certificate available from the issuer ?
You can download verifiable vaccination and test result records if your vaccine or test result provider supports this format. Check with your provider to see if they support verifiable health records.

I was having the same issue, but since I’ve had time to think about it, I don’t want them to access my records. So I’m staying not counted.
Yeah, I think I am doing everything right. Unfortunately, I think it's just a bug either with the update and my phone or my phone itself :( Hopefully on the next update, the bug will be fixed!
