iTunes won’t sync any mp3 files. Please help.

iTunes won’t sync any mp3 files anymore since the last update. I’ve tried adding it as a folder, checked permissions, did everything I could. I found that by adding a folder that has over 300 MP3’s, two of them synced, but the rest don’t even appear in the iTunes library. Can somebody please help me?
