when i put on my airpods everyone around me could hear my music and when I turn the volume lower so that no one could hear it its too quiet for me to hear I made sure sound isn't coming out of my phone and forgot the device and reconnected it but still has the problem.HELP MEEEEE

Can you test these same AirPods on another device? This will help isolate the issue. If you do not have have another device that you can connect these AirPods to, see if you can borrow a friend or family member's device for testing purposes. If this occurs across all devices, please contact Apple directly to investigate here:

Hello there I checked if the sound was coming through my phone or my AirPods and they were coming through my AirPods also they are not airpod pros
yeah, I tried this on my brother's phone and it's still the same problem.
