My son purchased a subscription for a VPN Proxy several years ago. He could never remember the password to his account to cancel it.

How can I cancel a subscription my son purchased several years ago that automatically renews under an old Apple ID? We are charged 29.99 every year for this charge.

If he forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if he can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
