Apple pay and AMEX

I have followed all previous conversations and just updated to iOS 15. My AMEX still shows as 'already in wallet' but it is not. I have signed out of apple ID, removed all cards by disabling passcode/faceID and it still says the card is in the wallet when I try to add it.

My Mastercard works just fine.

Amex not adding to Apple Wallet I cannot add my American Express card to Apple Pay. American Express says it's an Apple problem, and and Apple says it's an American Express problem. Amex have no record of a request to add the card so clearly it is an Apple issue. It is even more annoying by the fact that the card was previously added and only got removed when I reset my phone because Apple Music stopped working What to do next? Apple wallet says card already in wallet but card is not there Hello all i am trying to add a new credit card- Amex- to my wallet. It is a new card updated from an old Amex. I deleted the old card and tried to add the new one but the alert comes up as saying card is already in the wallet. It isn’t- the card is not listed in Apple Pay or showing in the wallet. i have tried signing in and out of iCloud, turning the passcode off and on and restarting the phone. When I go to wallet after these resets it shows the card. I tried deleting it at this stage, and I also tried to carry on with it resetting the wallet cards. No joy. It seems to think it’s in the wallet but it is not showing anywhere. Can anyone suggest another way I can try and sort this out to add the card please. thank you

Apple pay Hi there! I just got my new Iphone 11 pro, and cannot add my card to my wallet. Although keep receiving text messages to restore my Apple wallet… Really don’t trust these messages as I got scammed before… but at the same time my apple wallet isn’t accepting my card … what should I do?

try going to iCloud.com>account settings>select the device>choose to remove all Apple Pay from that device.
