Hi everyone. I have faced a problem in new iOS 15. All my widgets became just blank white or black (it depends on device theme).
I restarted my iPhone several times. It disappeared but then returned. Do you know how to solve it?

having the same on both my iPhone and iPads. reboot can only temporarily fix it and it will come back once you edit the homes screen. seems like adding or editing the widgets both on Home Screen and the widgets panel is one of the causes. as long as leaving all widgets as they are, it should be all good. but still this bug is so annoying, hope Apple could (finger crossed) fix this in future updates.
Same in my case. I restarted my iPhone & didn’t edit my Home Screen by adding new widgets. Now widgets are working ok.
I get the same issue with the latest IOS 15 update.
We can see that the widget shows some information just when any open app is minimised but later the blacked out again.

I have tried this but it only works once and then the widgets go away. All widgets not just 3rd party widgets.

Go to settings, general, transfer or reset iphone then reset location and privacy.
After that, below transfer or reset iphone, shut down can be seen, click it.
