Announce Notifications Feature or Option Not Showing on IOS 15

I have Iphone 12 pro and IOS 15 Updated.

Does not showing Announce Notifications option.

Can anyone help me to find out what am I missing?

Announce Notifications option only appears

with these models below:

AirPods Max
AirPods (2nd generation)
AirPods Pro
Powerbeats
Powerbeats Pro
Beats Solo Pro

I have 1st generation Airpods & Beats Flex.
