hello, can I paint over small places with flown paint on the iPhone 12? I do not know the exact reason for their appearance, perhaps a fall.

No. Do not use paint, as is will damage the device. Paint is not intended to fix this. So, use a case. What I use is an OtterBox --Consider using the same. Go Here: OtterBox Case for iPhone — Search — Apple Store
