When I download a new app, iPhone automatically downloads random apps that I downloaded and deleted before or even the ones I have never downloaded before. This happens mostly with the games. Does anybody else have the same problem? How to stop this?
This was happening on iOS 14 and now on iOS 15 as well.

It is so that if you have several iphones or ipads you only have to install on one of them. Having it turned on by default is probably wrong and you can feedback to Apple with a feature request or Bug report
Turn off automatic download of Apps in Settings, App Store
Thanks for that hope it fixes it but it looks like a bug to me.
The problem is that I only have one iPhone and no other device. That's why I think it is a bug. I have reported the bug with the link you have given.
