My guided access not working . As I triple click my power button, the accessibility shortcut appears and when I click on guided access nothing happens it doesn’t get activated . Why?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, guided access isn't working on your iPhone.
Do the steps here help out: Use Guided Access on iPhone
Under section, 'Start a Guided Access session'.
If you haven't tried to restart and try again, we'd suggest doing so now: Restart your iPhone
In case you still have issues after following the above, then we'd recommend to Contact Apple Support
