how do I print a listing of accounts and passwords from keychain?

I want to have the list for reference before I go into Keychain and fix my numerous "at risk" passwords. I am using macOS Monterey.

Keychain Printing Having all my Passwords in the Keychain is a little unsettling, especially at my age. Is there a way that I can print them all out or copy to a file? I am concerned that if something goes wrong with the Keychain, or system, I will lose all my P/W's. I know, think, that I can print each of them individually but would prefer, if possible, to print the entire file. Any help is appreciated.

Awkward but doable.

Open favourite Word processing Application to blank document - Copy and Paste from Keychain into word processing document and save.

Print the new document.
