My AirTags have disapaired from Find my app.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your AirTags no longer show in Find My and you were able to review Find your keys, wallet, and more with AirTag. On iPhone, make sure you are connected to a stable and strong Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth also needs to be enabled. Set up AirTag again using Set up your AirTag using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Is AirTag currently paired with iPhone? Do you get the proximity message when trying to use Find My? Make sure you have Location Services enabled in Settings > Privacy > Location Services on your iPhone.
