REFUNDED FROM CANCELLATION SUBSCRIPTION

Assalam-o-alikum! By child mistake apple was charged from bank account an Rs 720/- for monthly and Rs 13,990-/ for yearly VPN amount. After this i have request for refunded. Successfully my request granted and apple say “Your original payment method has been refunded for above mentioned VPN subscription. After this i have confirmed from my banking officer is my amount has been refunded or not. He says an amount Rs 720/- has been refunded but an amount 13990-/ has not received from apple. When i open my apple history then appear two items refunded date 20 September 21. Please guide me tell me dear apple what happened why my amount not appear in my bank account. Below is my details.

Most definitely yes! You were lucky you got the initial part payment so fast, you never know you can get the remaining one earlier than the mentioned time. Good luck!

It normally takes 45 to 60 days for the amount to reflect back in your bank account. However, if you got the partial payment already, its just your luck. Don't worry you will get the full refund.

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance. Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier.

Also, I suggest set a strong password so that your child does not make this mistake again, had apple not refunded it, you would have lost a lot of money. Anyways, good luck and hope you get the money back in your account soon.

Dear apple! i have received refunded amount an 14,720/- at my bank account very much thanks for that., i appreciated u. I will advised to all my friends that dont worry about refunded amount apple will be shifted refunded amount soon in ur bank account
