It’s becoming a recurring nightmare.
How come blocked callers are able to still call?
Ive blocked lots of 0161 and various other ‘spam survey’ numbers, but they’re still able to call…please help

Apple does not control the cellular network.
All Apple can do is offer silence unknown calles or block numbers on the phone. This prevents the phone from ringing but can't stop anyone from making phone calls.
