Any one else have the same issue? Notifications for messenger stopped working after iOS 15. And they are on not off. Still no notifications

The little number on Messenger no longer shows on iPhone or iPad although I get notification but if that goes away I’m unaware I have messages waiting?
iMessage is working ok and I do get the number on the icon.
Just did. The "Delete Button" is still not displayed. Not only that, iMessages is not syncing across all my iDevices - iMac, iPhone, etc. All these after having updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS/WatchOS. iMac is still on Catalina though.
I have this issue as well. I am not receiving notifications across any of my apps and I have done a full hard reset.
The notification sometimes comes through which shows it is not a setting issue. Whatsapp, Teams, Monzo, Ring, Facebook all not working.
I have the same issue with notifications for the Amazon Ring Doorbell and cameras no longer sending notifications since upgrade to iOS 15. They work on friend's iPhone using 14 but not either of my iPhones anymore. Yes I have reset, reinstalled the apps and the software but still not an issue. I can view the cameras for 2 different locations and internets.
I'll try the hard reset as a soft reset didn't work.
Same issue here. All the usual troubleshooting (volume on, not muted, not in focus mode...) and text messages do not alert on my phone or watch. Both running the latest OS as of 9/23/2021.
I tried restart. Didn’t work. Tried reinstall. Didn’t work either. Messenger and instagram doesn’t give notifications even though they are on.

I am having the same lack of notifications issue. I have noticed it on Instagram IM. I have messages not am not getting notifications about them. HELP!!!
