Watch burn and giving me a rash after wearing

last watch I wore consistently prior to watch 6 was the 3. I had no problems with the 3 years of wearing. I recently seen my watch is giving me a rash and sort of burn shown in pictures. If this is the case I would like compensation or possibly an upgrade to the 7 at no charge. I have the stainless series 6 which is a lot of money and although I have no issues with Apple I feel that it’s fair to say that I should be giving some sort of upgrade for free having to deal with my wrist having a rash breaking out obvious in pictures. What should I do here? Thanks for your advice and concerns

Stop wearing it and consult your doctor. You can develop allergies to things like nickel at any time.

I also developed a burn yesterday 9.29.21. I have been wearing the watch for about 12 hours a day and haven't had this problem until yesterday. This model is the 6. Is it possible there's been an update recently that might increase the intensity or length of the sensor activity?
