I had only just updated my iPhone 8 to iOS 15, and it seems to have deleted the enhanced quality voices for certain languages, but I can't get them back for some reason; when I press the download button, nothing happens at all. Anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't download other voices on your iPhone 8 with iOS 15. We'll do our best to assist.
We're assuming this is for Siri.
If so, try quitting the Settings app: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
Then, Restart your iPhone
Should it persist, we'd connect to a known good working Wi-Fi network and try it out again.
If you're using a VPN or security software, we'd recommend to disable them and restart the device. As these may be blocking the connection.
