I recently upgraded my iPad to iPadOS 15. Now I'm seeing a strange thing in iPad Storage. There's a storage called iPadOS and seemed to be taking over my storage space. Now I also saw the Software Update. It is called Software Update, not iPadOS 15.0. I delete it but still showed up.

That is the size of iPadOS 15, which will be between 5-6 GBs in size after installation.
You may need to restart the iPad and see if it removes it, though as I said its barely taking up any space. Only 8.4MB which is pretty much nothing compared to the 9000MB (9GB) taken up by photos for example.
So is it the Cache during the iPadOS Upgrade?
I've already tapped Delete Update twice. Still can't get it to be gone.
