Animation problems with iPad folders since updating to iOS 15

After updating my iPad Pro 11 inch (2018), I noticed inconsistent animations with the folders. Before updating, I could tap a folder and it would "zoom" up to show all the apps in that folder. When opening an app, the app would zoom up to fill the entire screen. Since updating to iOS 15 some folders do not "zoom up" when you tap them. They simply fade up to the middle of the screen. Not all my folders fade up - some zoom up. This inconsistency appears to be a glitch. Anyone else experience this?

Thank you green500. I restarted my iPad and the apps now open properly. Thank you so much for your quick reply. I should have thought of a reboot! Oh my.... I love the features in the new iOS. It's fantastic.
