I've turned off all Focus and DnD settings yet people say my they are still seeing "user has notification silenced". I use iMessaging on iPhone and iPad both with iOS 15 and I've verified all Focus and DnD have been turned off. What else am I missing?

I think I fixed it, even though the "Share Across Devices" was disabled on both iPhone and iPad, I had to toggle them on and off again for the message to finally go away. I hope this helps others.
