When will something be done about the tiny letters on the far right side (a-z) in phone contacts? You can never hit the correct letter the first time

That column of tiny letters to the right of the contact names is designed so that you can slide your finger up and down as needed to locate a contacted. If you are attempting to tap on a given letter then you will probably fail most of the time.
