Apple Fitness subtracting move calories

I worked out this morning and used my usual 2 apps (Nike Run Club and MyZone) to track my walk. I do this on a regular basis and both are synced with Apple fitness and show up there. The calorie count is usually recorded as the highest of the 2 numbers. Today MyZone did not record the whole workout but Nike Run Club did. I did a 4 mile power walk and burned 354 calories. Apple Fitness only listed the MyZone incomplete count of 116. The entire move count of my NRC run is missing from my move ring count but the workout with miles and calorie count is listed. My inactive calories have been the only thing increasing my move ring throughout the day and as the night progressed I noticed the move goal that was approaching 360. However the number is now decreased to 340. Does anyone know how/why? Any fix so what I did in my workout is counted in my move ring count?

Move Ring

RESOLVED: my move ring would unexpectedly lose calories. For example, after exercising, my Apple Move ring would show 500 calories. But later in the day, it would drop to 425. I discovered this was due to a duplicate workout recorded from my connected Strava fitness app, which would record fewer calories. So I deleted my duplicate Strava fitness data from the day’s workout, and my Apple Move calories returned to their original count. Hope that helps.

It seems to do the same thing with other 3rd party apps as well.
