Calories disappearing from fitness tracker

I burn my fitness tracker calories target of 660 daily however regularly the calories burned disappear which is both VERY frustrating and ruins my consistency in closing rings. I’ve noticed if I look back at previous days, rings are no longer fully closed (which should be) DESPITE the work out (fed from my myzone) being shown with in excess of 800 cals burned. How do I fix it going forward and get the historic rings closed (when they should be!!!) ??

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Ok so it fixed the problem for less than an hour. My myzone feeds the exercise data to the fitness app and the total calories records the data. A few minutes later the total calories then ignores the latest calorie feed (despite the fitness app still recording the activity under workouts)

also the historic data didn’t get updated/corrected to reflect the fact I had completed the activity. VERY frustrating
