Why doesn’t my workout tracker have the green dot? Even when I close my rings?

It has to be done through the workout app to get the green dot.

Calories disappearing from fitness tracker I burn my fitness tracker calories target of 660 daily however regularly the calories burned disappear which is both VERY frustrating and ruins my consistency in closing rings. I’ve noticed if I look back at previous days, rings are no longer fully closed (which should be) DESPITE the work out (fed from my myzone) being shown with in excess of 800 cals burned. How do I fix it going forward and get the historic rings closed (when they should be!!!) ??

ActivityTracker My activity tracker shows my workout for today but my exercise ring doesn’t show any movement. Same for another friend. Any advice on what’s going on would be appreciated. I shut the phone and watch down but that didn’t work.

Activity tracking Why does my activity not track the same on my activity tracker as my workout tracker? If I walk 40 minutes it doesn’t show that same amount on my activity tracker. It can sometimes show zero minutes and sometimes 31 minutes but usually never the same amount minutes
