Apple Watch Assistive Touch

How to enable AssistiveTouch on my series 5 watch? I know it’s supposed to be under the “motor” section but it’s not there for me. Both watch & phone are on watchOS 8 & iOS 15 respectively.

It's only for watch SE and 6;

Use AssistiveTouch on Apple Watch (Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 6 only)
