How can I turn my caller ID back on when the loading of the button will not stop loading no matter how long I wait or when I reset my phone

Caller ID spinning wheel Hi. I am trying to turn my caller ID off and I have gone through settings > phone> caller ID and all I get is a spinning wheel like it’s loading. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off as well as a factory reset of my phone. Still having the same issue. Can anyone help with a possible solution?

Caller ID Show my caller ID Toggle not appearing at all. Just shows the loading symbol. Restarted phone but was no use, any ideas on how to fix this?

For voice calls: In many countries, this is enabled by your carrier only if you are a VIP.

Contact your carrier.
