hi. After updating iPad mini 5 to iOS 15 some apps disappeared. Feedback, Weather. The weather app doesn’t have icon on the screen but it is only on widget, and I can’t change location. What is happening? And when these apps will return to AppStore?

The iPads have never and still do not have a dedicated Weather app. It is only a widget at this time.
The Feedback app you speak of is related to the Apple Beta Software trials, which cannot be discussed in the public forums. If you have having an issue with beta software, go to beta.apple.com and check the FAQ page.
Weather app and Feedback disappeared from AppStore and there are not in App Library to!
