Account is disabled from making purchases

I have enough in my Apple balance to pay for my item.

I’ve been receiving the message “Account balance has been disabled”, prevents me from making purchases.

I’ve made another purchase with my credit card and got cancelled by Apple.


When I called Apple there was no reason or much help for this. A representative said last week they submitted the issue to Apple and I should be hearing from the Tuesday (yesterday).


which is the best way to find a resolution?

Only Apple can resolve this for you. You'll just have to wait for them to call you again or you can try calling that number and ask if there's an update.
