Apple account balance disabled

So my apple account balance has been disabled for 3 months now . Not my Apple Card or Apple Cash . The balance Apple account balance from gift cards redeemed . I called tech support for 2 months straight , would get transferred several times , then talk to a senior advisor would be told the issue would be escalated. And a block removal would be requested but never ended helping me out with my problem . Now I got 1300 dollar stuck on my account I haven’t used in 3 months .

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
