Can i finance a new apple purchase on the Military discount site with 0% interest?

When looking into a new iPad I saw that there was a x$ a month on the normal site, but this isn't shown on the military/veterans page. Can anyone clarify if there is still a no interest buying option with apple financing?

Hi, it has been reported across social media sites such as Reddit, Twitter and Facebook that eligible military men and women have been able to use the Apple Card for purchases on the Apple Military and Veterans page. Please try putting the item in a cart and going to checkout. If available, you should see the option to purchase the item using the interest free installment program. It’s possible it was discontinued or maybe temporarily suspended. You would still get 3% in Daily Cash Back if you use the Apple Card for the purchase. You can also call 1-800-MY-APPLE for assistance.

there is a warning page that clears states that the monthly installments is not available when using the veterans discount. This page appears when you sign into the Veterans Store.

this is what is stated on that page - Apple Card Monthly Installments (ACMI) is not available as a payment type with the discounted pricing available through this special store. ACMI is available for certain eligible full price Apple products when you shop on apple.com, the Apple Store app, or at an Apple store, and select Apple Card Monthly Installments as your payment option.

this is the entire page
