Hello I received an email that a credit /refund of approx $103 would be issued on Sept 19, but I don’t see the refund on my credit card. The credit should be for a subscription I accidentally signed up for from MeetUp. Please advise if the credit will be issued.

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff. Once they tell someone they'll get a refund, they're obligated to provide it.
