I have a question if there is a possibility to change the access system from bluetooth keyboard that would be connected to Ipad Air 2020.
So for example, I am using Polish language and with the keyboard shortcut I would like to change it to something else like Korean. Is it possible to create such keyboard shortcut on the external keyboard not from apple.

The standard shortcut for changing languages from a hardware keyboard is Control Space. It should also work on keyboards not from Apple. Of course you have to enable the languages you want in settings > general > keyboard > keyboards to start with.
