Where have the colon and semi-colon gone?

If you’re in the field where you type email addresses you wont be offered a colon or semi-colon. You’d never be typing those characters in that field. Come down to the header or main body text area and you get the colon and semi colon back again. It’s always been like this.

OK......Let's make sure your keyboard hasn't changed.

Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Is Qwerty selected?

Also, make sure all the options below are turned on for All Keyboards

Still, Force Restart your phone. I Force Restart my phone after every iOS update.

I have done a forced restart and still none of the three screens in Mail app has a colon or a semi-colon.

Yes, Qwerty is selected and all options turned on. Where do you find the colon and semi-colon? 2nd or 3rd page? I've been checking in mail app.

It didn't occur to me the OP may be in the Address field?
