iPad stuck on support.Apple.com/iPad/restore

I tried to update/restore with iTunes and it shows an error (4013). It says not possible to update or restart ipad. Also after connecting iPad to iTunes on PC it never shows the iTunes logo on ipad. It shows Apple logo, then back to support.Apple.com/ipad/restore.

Hello bamapozia,

It looks like you're not able to restore your iPad using iTunes on your computer. Are you using a Windows computer to restore? If so, you can check to make sure that iTunes is updated. You can also take a look at this article that address your specific issue:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Once you've completed those steps, and still see the same behavior, you can also try using another computer, perhaps one from a friend or family member to try to restore your iPad.

Regards.

Your iPad must be restored:

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

These support pages outline the available methods to restore an iPad - either from a backup, or to Factory Settings:

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup – Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

Restore all content to iPad from a backup - Apple Support

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).

Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support

Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.
