updating xcode taking forever and taking a lot of disk space

Why does updating xcode take like forever and it is using ALOT of while updating now its installing i am really annoyed, Any way to fix this?????

i am on an M1 macbookair base model

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

Failed to update xcode even though I've 200gb left of storage Hi, I'm unable to update to xcode 13.2.1. Another strange thing is before I updated to macOS Monterey 12.2.1, my available disk space was only 20gb. After the update, I suddenly have 200GB available. Thats puzzling. So I opened up Disk Utility, and I saw this: So the actual available space left is 64GB? Previously xcode only requires 40GB to install. I'm using a mbp 13 inch retina early 2015 Does anyone know about this or experienced this before?

Xcode installation problem I have 20 Gb of space in my MacBook air still I am not able to install Xcode that's of 11.3 Gb. How to resolve this ?? please help !!!

It is a very large file!
