After installing the Catalina security update yesterday, websites that I was able open before now won't open in Safari. The message is "A problem repeatedly occurred with "whatever website". It isn't with all websites but some.

Booting a Mac in Safe Mode deletes system caches that can help after updates are installed.
Follow the instructions to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Then restart your Mac and see if that made a difference.
Based on suggestions for previous occurrences of this problem, I reinstalled MacOS from the recovery system at boot up, but this did not help.
I just tried booting in safe mode and this did not work for me either.
Is anyone having issues getting some websites to open now that the Catalina security update was installed?
