Pre Ordered iPhone 13, Went through Barclays finance but no pre order history with apple?

I Pre ordered the iphone 13 on the Apple Website, I went through the Barclays finance and received confirmation ''Thanks for your recent finance application, we're pleased to confirm it's been approved.'' They have provided Apple order and Ref number but Apple cannot find the order on system and barclays are saying we have to cancel finance with Apple but they have no order on the system? Please help! I am worried i have a Barclays finance agreement with nothing to show?? Please help
